VR-Schooldom: Local Conference

The Conference was implemented at the national level, as an open event, with an audience that amounted to 30 individuals.


Objective:

The event had the objective of disseminating the Results produced by the project in order to have the targeted audiences express their feedback about them.

Audience:

- General public;

- Schools;

- VET providers;

- Universities;

- Policy-makers at local, regional and national levels;

- Participants of the local phases.


The agenda of the Conference was the following:

- Introduction to the project.

- Activities and results achieved.

- Presentation of participants' testimonials of the local phases.

- Presentation of the "Digital Learning and Virtual Reality for Teachers" e-learning course.

- Presentation of the "VR-Schooldom" APP.

- Presentation of the "You&Me=Us" E-Toolkit

- Official Closing.

- Evaluation and co-design of follow-up and new partnership.


External communication of the event

Before the event, the partners communicated with the external stakeholders when the conference would take place at least one month before the scheduled date. Partners gave notice of the conference through their website, social media, and newsletter.

During the event, the partners used social media, such as Facebook and Instagram, to communicate that the event was happening. News about the dissemination event was shared also on every partner's social media. The recordings and the outcomes of the event were shared online on the partner's website and social media.
